Shipping policy
Orders are packed with extreme care and shipped from Arizona. Each ceramic relic is handcrafted and treated as a one-of-one piece during the packing process.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. During major releases, live auctions, or high-volume events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Despite careful packaging, handmade ceramics can occasionally be damaged during transit.
Guaranteed Delivery:
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, Spines n Clay will replace the item when possible or issue a refund/store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
To qualify for damage claims:
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Please include clear photos of:
- damaged item(s)
- packaging materials
- shipping box
