Refund policy

At Spines n Clay, each ceramic relic is handcrafted and many pieces are one-of-one creations. Due to the handmade and limited nature of our work, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Damages & Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

While every order is packaged with extreme care, shipping damage can occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of:
    • the damaged item
    • packaging materials
    • shipping box

Damage reports should be sent to:

If damage occurs during transit, Spines n Clay guarantees delivery and will replace the item when possible or provide a refund/store credit if a replacement is unavailable.


Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer preference
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish
  • Handmade characteristics
  • Size expectations if dimensions were provided
  • Limited releases or live auction purchases

Each piece is handmade and slight variations are part of the character and uniqueness of ceramic work.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work quickly to correct the issue.
